All prices, product availability, and information presented on the Website are subject to change without notice. Barrel Mafia is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect product information, or changes in availability. We reserve the right to revise our policies and terms at any time, and your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the current version.

This Return & Exchange Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, and in accordance with alcohol regulations and product safety standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any alcohol purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, bottles, gift sets, limited editions, bundles, or specialty items.

That said, our team is committed to resolving genuine issues in good faith. If you receive an order that arrives significantly damaged, or if you were shipped an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@barrelmafia.com. Be prepared to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and images of the original packaging. Claims made beyond the 7-day window may not be eligible for review. Do not discard the product or packaging until we’ve reviewed your case, as these may be required for processing.

If your order qualifies for a replacement and the item is in stock, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we may issue store credit for the purchase price of the affected item, including applicable shipping costs, if we determine that the issue warrants compensation. Store credit or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Customers who purchased shipping insurance at checkout may be eligible for full coverage in the event of verified loss or damage. Without insurance, Barrel Mafia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in transit.

If your order was delivered but later returned due to refusal of delivery, inability to verify age, incorrect shipping address, or failure to retrieve the shipment after multiple carrier attempts, your order may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. If the package was originally shipped under a free shipping promotion, a $40 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the returned order arrives back to us damaged, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the original order and no refund will be issued.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed and are only possible if your order has not yet been packaged or passed to the carrier. If we are able to cancel your order before shipment, a 10% restocking fee may be applied. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

All purchases are for personal use only. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age and legally permitted to receive alcohol at your shipping address. By placing an order through our Website, you accept these terms in full and agree to abide by them.
