Barrel Mafia LLC is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in product listings, and we reserve the right to update incorrect pricing or product information at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website following any updates to these policies constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and their applicability to you. Any user found to be in violation of these terms, or under the legal drinking age, will have their right to access and use this Website automatically revoked.

This Shipping Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy. All section headers in this policy are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision contained herein.

Barrel Mafia operates as an online retailer of spirits and alcoholic beverages and contracts with licensed retail and distribution partners who fulfill and ship orders on our behalf. We do not sell or ship directly; instead, by placing an order with us, you are requesting that we facilitate the shipment of alcohol from a licensed vendor to your address using a third-party carrier. Title to all products passes to you at the time the order is picked up by the carrier. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for shipping restrictions in your state or municipality, and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol shipping laws in your location.

We currently ship only within the United States and only to states where direct-to-consumer shipment of alcohol is permitted. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories including but not limited to Puerto Rico and Guam. Orders may be canceled if your shipping address falls outside of our legally permitted zones.

All orders are shipped from licensed partners located within the United States. Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed and shipped within 1 to 9 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or outside of business hours will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability, and in some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

A signature from an adult 21 years of age or older is required at the time of delivery—this is a non-negotiable legal requirement. Carriers will not deliver alcohol without valid age verification. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery according to their standard policy. If delivery fails due to refusal, inability to verify age, or an incorrect address, your order may be returned to sender. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from your refund, and any original shipping fees will not be refunded. If your order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a flat $40 deduction may be applied in lieu of actual shipping costs. If the returned package is damaged in transit, you may be charged the full value of the order.

You agree that all purchases made through Barrel Mafia are for personal consumption and not for resale. By placing an order, you represent that both you and the recipient are at least 21 years old and legally allowed to receive alcohol at the shipping address provided. You also agree that you are in full compliance with any local or state-level regulations regarding alcohol shipments and assume all responsibility for the legality of your purchase. We do not guarantee delivery to any jurisdiction and reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason.

Shipping insurance is available for purchase at checkout. If insurance is not selected, Barrel Mafia and its fulfillment partners are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft once the product has been transferred to the carrier. All items are packaged with care and shipped using protective materials; however, cosmetic wear, box dents, or other minor issues may occur in transit and are not considered grounds for refund or replacement. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and all original packaging. Do not discard the product or packaging before contacting us, as this may void the ability to process a claim or refund. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued once the damaged product is returned.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you contact us before the order has been packaged or sent to the carrier, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request. If successful, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Barrel Mafia is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by weather, carrier failure, or acts outside of our control. If a shipment is lost or shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
